There’s a super big football game this weekend and my sisters and I are sharing a few of our go-to, family-favorite appetizers on episode 10 of Funeral Potatoes & Wool Mittens podcast. Take a listen and come back here for the recipes.

Two of the recipes that my sister Heidi shares are new to me—South Dakota sushi and cream cheese wrapped olives—and I couldn’t wait to make them! Do you like appetizers?

Kalli’s husband, Josh, whipped up a new recipe for slow cooker cowboy beans and it was so good they snacked on it all day. View the full recipe below.

And along with savory appetizers, Heidi came prepared with a sweet snack idea that’s as simple as placing a Rolo candy on a Town House Pretzel FlipSides Cracker, baking it at about 200°F for about 2 minutes, and then sandwiching another Flipside on top of the melted chocolate.

While we’re on the topic of sweet and savory, here’s a classic that you’ll want to make a double batch of—Pretzel Kisses.

Sweet and salty…just like my sisters and me…
