South Dakota Sushi Ham Rolls

Use your favorite deli meat, flavored cream cheese, and pickles to customize your own South Dakota sushi.

Ingredients
  

  • thinly sliced deli ham, or meat of choice
  • cream cheese, plain or flavored
  • dill pickles

Instructions
 

  • Lay out a slice of ham. Spread cream cheese onto ham. Place a pickle at one end and roll up tightly. (You can use a few pieces of deli meat if you want.)
  • Place them in the refrigerator for at least one hour to set up. Once nice and cold, slice into "sushi" pieces.
  • Store covered in refrigerator.
