12hard boiled eggs, after peeled, smoke 1hr @ 165 super smoke / turn eggs and smoke another 30 mins
⅓ - ½cupMiracle Whip (as needed)
2Tbspstone ground mustard
1Tbspapple cider vinegar
2TbspTraeger Que or any BBQ sauce
2Tbspdiced pickled jalapeños
½tspgarlic hickory seasoning
Instructions
Cut smoked eggs in half lengthwise. Separate the yolks from the whites.
In a plastic bag, mix together the yolks, Miracle Whip, stone ground mustard, vinegar, BBQ sauce, and diced jalapeños. Zip the bag shut, snip off a corner end and pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
-Top with 1 sliced Pickled Jalapeno -Sprinkle with Garlic Hickory Seasoning
