Fiesta Bean Dip

I've been making this bean dip since the early 1990s when my then sister-in-law shared it with me. It's great for an appetizer but also served on the side with Mexican meals.

Serve hot with tortilla chips. Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, black olives, etc.
