Betsy's Hash Brown Casserole

My sister-in-law Betsy shares her eyeball method for making hash brown casserole. With the addition of ham and fiesta cheese blend, this traditional side dish is now a meal itself.

Equipment

  • 1 slow cooker

Ingredients
  

  • ham
  • hash browns
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • sour cream
  • fiesta blend cheese

Instructions
 

  • I throw ham, hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream in a crock pot.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours. Add fiesta blend cheese toward the end. I eyeball everything.
