My sister Heidi shares this recipe in memory of her mother-in-law Judy Thomssen. Judy's hash brown casserole does not contain cheese and is made in a small crock pot on low.
Combine all ingredients except the sour cream. Pour into a crock-ette (small crock-pot). Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours. During last hour of cooking, add sour cream.
