Equipment

  • Vitamix blender or other blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 juice of lemon or lime
  • 8 ounces (8-12 ounces) water or kombucha
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed (ground or whole)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (ground or whole)
  • 1 chunk fresh ginger, about a marble-size portion or larger
  • 1 banana , ripe/brown is just fine
  • 1 green apple, or equivalent amount of green grapes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, optional
  • 1 cup (1-2 cups) frozen pineapple or ice cubes, or a combination of both

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to your Vitamix blender in the order listed. Where ranges are given, please experiment and tweak it to your taste.
