Kathy's Taco Potato Casserole
Staci at Random Sweets
Kathy puts a fun twist on traditional hash brown casserole by adding taco seasoning and ground beef. She uses a crock pot liner for easy cleanup.

ground beef or turkey, browned with onion and garlic

(or more) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes

cheddar cheese soup

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

taco seasoning

more if you like

optional: cooked celery and red pepper
Instructions
While browning the meat, dump in the crockpot: hash browns, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning.
Add the cooked meat. Mix well. Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. The cook time varies depending on the consistency of the hash browns.
