Kalli's Hash Brown Casserole

We love when my sister Kalli makes her hash brown casserole for our get togethers! She doesn't like sour cream so I'm glad she uses it in her recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • ½ cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 10¼ ounce cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes.
