Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb bacon, diced
  • 1 medium sized yellow onion, diced
  • 32 oz pork and beans, undrained
  • 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef. Remove from pan. Cook the bacon in the pan with the burger grease.
  • Add onion to the bacon. Cook 3-5 minutes.
  • Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
