Charming Lucky Bites
Boy, do these marshmallow treats take me back to my childhood. My grandma Janet would treat us with fruity flavored marshmallows. I loved sweet cereal like Lucky Charms but we never got to have it at home.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10.5 oz fruity flavored marshmallows
- 7 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 2 squares vanilla flavored almond bark
Instructions
- Butter a 9x13 baking pan.
- In a large microwave bowl, melt butter. Stir in marshmallows and microwave until marshmallows begin to melt into the butter and lose their shape. (Or, melt together on a stovetop.) Stir together until sticky and creamy. Stir in cereal. Spread in pan.
- Cool completely. Cut into 1-inch bites.
- Melt almond bark on low heat. Drizzle over cereal bites and immediately place a Lucky Charms marshmallow on top of each bite. Store in airtight container.
