In separate pots, melt the red (or green) candy melts and the white candy melts according to package directions.
Once the red (or green) candy melts are melted and smooth, stir in the crispy rice cereal.
Spread the red (or green) candy melt onto the parchment paper, not all the way to the edges of the baking sheet – it’s approximately a 9”x9” square.
Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the melted white candy onto the red mixture.
Using a toothpick or knife, gently swirl the white into the red, making figure eights to make swirl patterns. Work quickly so it doesn't harden in this step.
Top with sprinkles. Let bark set for 2 hours. Cut or break into pieces. Store at room temperature or freeze.
