Equipment

  • wax paper

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces red or green candy melts
  • 6 ounces white candy melts or almond bark
  • ½ cup crispy rice cereal, I use Rice Krispies
  • ½ cup red, green, white sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  • In separate pots, melt the red (or green) candy melts and the white candy melts according to package directions.
  • Once the red (or green) candy melts are melted and smooth, stir in the crispy rice cereal.
  • Spread the red (or green) candy melt onto the parchment paper, not all the way to the edges of the baking sheet – it’s approximately a 9”x9” square.
  • Using a spoon, drop small dollops of the melted white candy onto the red mixture.
  • Using a toothpick or knife, gently swirl the white into the red, making figure eights to make swirl patterns. Work quickly so it doesn't harden in this step.
  • Top with sprinkles. Let bark set for 2 hours. Cut or break into pieces. Store at room temperature or freeze.
